Plus, take advantage of free financial coaching, counseling, and budgeting support.</p> <p>Duties / Responsibilities:</p> <p>This role is responsible for coordinating surgical and procedural scheduling to ensure seamless patient flow and support physician needs. Key responsibilities include arranging medical and cardiac clearances, managing OR postings and joint surgical cases, coordinating imaging, testing, and specialty appointments, and counseling patients on pre- and post-operative instructions. The position also maintains provider schedules, prepares patient charts, supports front-desk and clinical staff as needed, facilitates new diagnosis workflows, and ensures timely follow-up and communication to support safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.</p> <p>Position Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school graduate or equivalent required. </li><li>Three to five years of experience in a private medical office and/or outside facility required. </li><li>One year of surgical scheduling preferred. </li><li>A combination of education and experience will be considered. </li></ul> <p>When we lead with love, excellence is inevitable.</p> <p>#LI-EH1</p> <p>Hourly Pay Range: $21.03 - $31.54</p> <p>This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
