Your adventure begins now-unleash your potential with ManTech!</p> <p>ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Lead CNO Developer to join our team in Aurora, CO.</p> <p>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Design and develop new hardware or software based CNO capabilities. </li><li>Independently contribute to the designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging of applications software and systems. </li><li>Apply senior level knowledge of security concepts and networks. </li><li>Provide guidance to other CNO developers on the team. </li><li>Ensure software standards are met. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience </li><li>Proficiency in Python and C/C++ programming </li><li>Experience with troubleshooting and debugging </li><li>Experience with networking (TCP/IP) and socket level programming </li><li>Experience with CNO capability development </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with software analysis and reverse engineering </li><li>Experience with low-level internals in one or more technology areas (e.g. Windows, Unix, Mobile, Network devices) </li><li>Experience with unit testing </li><li>Experience using Atlassian products such as JIRA, Confluence, Crucible or similar </li><li>Experience managing or leading teams </li><li>Understanding of assembly programming concepts </li></ul> <p>Security Clearance Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must have active/current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time </li></ul> <p>The projected compensation range for this position is $102,200.00-$169,500.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
