In addition to the base salary, some roles</p> <ul> <li>HPC </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage hydroblasting and industrial cleaning operations safely and efficiently </li><li>Oversee multiple crews and coordinate daily project execution, manpower, equipment, and scheduling </li><li>Promote and enforce all HPC-Industrial safety, environmental, and operational policies and procedures </li><li>Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and in compliance with customer and company expectations </li><li>Maintain accurate project documentation, job tracking, safety records, and reporting </li><li>Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through professionalism and service excellence </li><li>Train, mentor, and support Hydroblast Technicians and field personnel </li><li>Support budgeting, project tracking, and administrative responsibilities related to field operations </li><li>Perform Hydroblasting and vacuum truck services as needed </li><li>Travel as required to support customer sites and operational needs </li><li>Additional duties as assigned </li></ul>
