<p>Employment Type:</p> <p>Full time</p> <p>Shift:</p> <p>Day Shift</p> <p>Description:</p> <p>Full Time</p> <p>Monday - Friday - 830am - 5pm (varies depending on client schedule)</p> <p>CRPA certification is preferred</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY:</p> <ul> <li>Job duties- meet with clients one on one and indirect care with treatment agencies and families, teach classes that support independent living goals within the community </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:</p> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>Associates degree with 1- 3 years experience in human services, OR </li><li>B.S. degree with 0 years experience. Liberal Arts degree in human service-related field preferred. </li><li>CPRP certification is preferred. </li></ul> <p>Participates in orientation and continuing education and updates and maintains knowledge and skills related to specific areas of expertise. Completes population specific competency annually on populations served as identified in scope of care and service.</p> <p>SPECIAL EQUIPMENT, SKILLS OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS:</p> <p>Current BLS/CPR certification and First Aid training.</p> <p>Will maintain yearly in-service training.</p> <p>WORK ENVIRONMENT AND HAZARDS:</p> <p>Clinical setting. Exposure class I - routine or potential exposure to blood, body fluids, excretions or secretions.</p> <p>Pay Range: $20.20 - $29.30</p> <p>Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
