<p>Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer who will support a government contract located in Denver, CO.</p> <p>Responsibilities for the Forward Deployed Engineer:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure successful mission management software implementations through deep </li></ul> <p>understanding of the software and on-the-fly problem solving</p> <ul> <li>Embed directly with our customers to configure the existing software </li></ul> <p>platforms to solve their toughest problems</p> <ul> <li>Rapid-prototypeing new product functionality to get quick and robust user feedback </li><li>Educate customers on how to use Software: what it can do, tuning, </li></ul> <p>customizing rules, and driving customer-specific automations</p> <ul> <li>Technical troubleshooting based on the logs to quickly reach resolution </li><li>Understand customer challenges intimately and act as a key liaison between the </li></ul> <p>customer, and the customer success and product teams to.</p> <p>Qualifications for the Forward Deployed Engineer:</p> <ul> <li>A degree in Aerospace engineering or 5 years equivalent experience </li><li>5+ years' experience in full stack development with a focus on customer-facing roles </li><li>Proficiency in Python </li><li>Experience writing React components in Typescript and using React frameworks like </li></ul> <p>Next.js, Refine (or Blitz.js / RedwoodJS)</p> <ul> <li>Basic understanding of networking topologies and protocols (e.g. cloud </li></ul> <p>connectivity to on-prem hardware, UDP v.
