Partnering closely with the Division President and regional leadership, this position serves as a central point of coordination for sales operations, supporting the disciplined execution of sales processes, pricing strategies, and systems. Through strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Administrative teams, the Sales Coordinator ensures clear communication, standardized practices, and timely execution of sales-related initiatives that support revenue growth, operational efficiency, and an exceptional customer experience.</p> <p>By coordinating standardized sales packages, maintaining pricing integrity, and supporting technology adoption, the Sales Coordinator helps translate strategic objectives into effective day-to-day execution. This role requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p>What are the primary responsibilities?</p> <ul> <li>Own and maintain standardized sales packages, pricing sheets, and design options across all communities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates. </li><li>Ensure uniform application of sales documentation, pricing, and procedures across regions, identifying gaps and recommending improvements as needed. </li><li>Support the implementation, adoption, and ongoing use of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales related technology platforms. </li><li>Serve as a key liaison between Sales, Operations, and Administrative teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales initiatives as directed by the Division President. </li><li>Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and post closing opportunities to support decision making. </li><li>Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis for leadership reviews and planning discussions. </li><li>Manage updates to sales collateral, design catalogs, and promotional materials, ensuring materials remain current and aligned with approved offerings. </li><li>Coordinate logistics for sales training sessions, meetings, and role playing events to support sales effectiveness. </li><li>Support onboarding of new sales team members by providing process documentation, system training, and tools needed for success. </li></ul> <p>Don't miss this excellent opportunity to join one of the nation's most respected Fortune 500 companies!</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Does this describe you?</p> <ul> <li>Able to plan and prioritize while focusing on detail orientation and effective time management </li><li>When speaking and writing, uses appropriate grammar, organizes ideas clearly, and articulates ideas concisely </li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. </li><li>Able to work with employees among multiple departments </li></ul> <p>Do you have these qualifications?</p> <ul> <li> <p>Essential:</p> </li><li> <p>High School Diploma</p> </li><li> <p>3+ years of experience in administrative support, sales operations, executive assistant or related role.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, support senior leadership, and maintain accuracy in fast paced environments.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).</p> </li><li> <p>Preferred:</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in landscape construction, homebuilding, or related field.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with pricing structures, standardized sales offerings, and sales incentive programs.</p> </li></ul> <p>Since 1992, Toll Landscape has provided a full range of professional landscaping services from custom plantings to entire outdoor rooms and entertaining spaces for Toll Brothers homebuyers.
