Responsible for day-to-day operations, supervising employees, and ensuring customer service is in line with our values.</p> <p>Essential Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, both current and potential, to understand their homeowner insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. </li><li>Stay up to date, and partner with, all homeowner insurance carriers across various states </li><li>Address client concerns and complaints in a timely and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. </li><li>Responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring clients have a positive experience when interacting with the team. </li><li>Set realistic sales targets for the team and monitor progress towards achieving those sales goals. </li><li>Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide reports to management. </li><li>Keep up to date with industry trends, new homeowner products, and changes in insurance regulations. </li><li>Responsible for training and development of the team, providing knowledge and skills needed to succeed in selling homeowner insurance policies. </li><li>Motivate, create a positive and productive work environment, and provide guidance and support to help the team achieve their goals. </li><li>Be involved in the recruitment and hiring process for new Sales Representatives, ensuring the candidates have the skills and experience needed to succeed. </li></ul> <p>The Perfect Match:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience. </li><li>5+ years of homeowner insurance sales and management work experience. </li><li>Proven track record of revenue growth and homeowners' policy sales success in a prior role. </li><li>Proven success in developing and building partnerships, decision making, and problem solving. </li><li>Advances knowledge of the business, including production management, claims, loss prevention, underwriting, administration, sales operations, and agency business operations. </li><li>High degree of customer focus, interpersonal relationship skills, and problem-solving. </li><li>Advanced analytical thinking, business analytics, and business development skills. </li><li>Strong time management and team orientation skills. </li><li>Well-versed understanding of marketing principles. </li><li>Must be licensed by the state if required. </li><li>Position is remote, but candidate is ideally located in Southern CA (San Diego, Encino, or Huntington Beach) </li></ul> <p>Insurance Sales</p> <p>Insurance Agent</p> <p>Acceptance Insurance</p> <p>Freeway Auto Insurance</p> <p>WBU</p>
