Our Mission is to be a progressive healthcare partner serving with compassion, integrity, and excellence.</p> <p>Laboratory Supervisor Responsibilities:</p> <p>The Laboratory Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the Laboratory Manager and will help ensure the Laboratory Services are provided in a safe, efficient and cost-effective manner that enhances patient, staff and physician satisfaction in collaboration with appropriate interdisciplinary team members. In addition, the laboratory supervisor will assist with supervising staff, managing daily operations, ensuring quality control, and performing administrative tasks. Acts as a liaison between different departments to facilitate seamless communication.
