<p>The Role:</p> <p>We're looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join the Lumens Creative Team. In this role, you'll bring our brand to life across a range of channels, including social media, website, digital and print advertising, and event collateral. You'll collaborate with teams across the business to concept, design, and produce high-impact visuals that elevate the brand and connect with our audience. The ideal candidate is both creative and highly organized, with strong technical skills and a deep understanding of both digital and print design.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Design compelling visual assets for social media, email, website, advertising, and event marketing. </li><li>Create both digital and print collateral, from web banners and paid ads to signage and lookbooks. </li><li>Support campaign development with strong, brand-aligned creative concepts. </li><li>Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality. </li><li>Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and e-commerce teams to deliver cohesive campaigns. </li><li>Work within (and help evolve) existing templates and design systems. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills & Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). </li><li>Experience with Figma or similar digital design/prototyping tools. </li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print work across a range of mediums. </li><li>Understanding of designing for various formats, including web, social, mobile, and large-scale print. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. </li><li>Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. </li><li>A collaborative mindset and the ability to take direction and feedback constructively. </li><li>Motion graphics and video editing a plus. </li><li>Location: San Francisco, CA </li></ul> <p>About Lumens:</p> <p>As North America's premier destination for design aficionados, architects, interior designers, and contract professionals, Lumens offers a discerning edit of modern lighting, furniture, and décor.
