<p>Delivery Module Lead</p> <p>Job Description<</p> <p>Job Summary - Platform Engineer (Solr/Fusion)<</p> <p>Location - Newyork<</p> <p>Platform Engineer - Solr/Fusion<</p> <p>We are seeking a skilled Platform Engineer with expertise in Lucidworks Fusion or Elasticsearch to design, deploy, optimize, and maintain our enterprise search and data analytics platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in search engine architectures, data ingestion and indexing strategies ensuring reliable, scalable and performant search solutions.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Search Platform Administration</p> <p>Deploy configure and maintain Lucidworks Fusion or Elasticsearch instances</p> <p>Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues and perform capacity planning.</p> <p>Implement and enforce security measures including access controls, encryption and audit logging.</p> <p>Optimize search and query performance through tuning, caching and pipeline configuration.</p> <p>Data Ingestion & Integration</p> <p>Design data pipelines and connectors to ingest data from various sources into Elasticsearch and Lucidworks.</p> <p>Collaborate with Data Engineering and Application teams to support data flow and indexing processes.</p> <p>Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and timeliness in search indexes.</p> <p>Qualifications & Experience</p> <p>Minimum of 7 years experience working with Elasticsearch or Lucidworks Fusion.</p> <p>Hands-on experience with deploying, scaling, and tuning Elasticsearch clusters.</p> <p>Proven experience with Fusion platform administration, customization, and development.</p> <p>Strong understanding of search engine architecture, information retrieval, and relevance tuning.</p> <p>Proficiency with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or similar.</p> <p>Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is highly desirable.<</p> <p>Screening Questions:</p> <p>Process Skills:</p> <p>About Mphasis</p> <p>Mphasis applies next-generation technology to help enterprises transform businesses globally.
