<p>We are currently seeking an AD - Email Marketing Strategy Lead for our Marketing team in Wilmington, DE (Hybrid), Baltimore, MD (Hybrid). This role is responsible for driving the success of the company's multi-million-dollar email acquisition channel by supporting the team in executing high-impact, day-to-day email marketing initiatives.</p> <p>A successful candidate will possess experience and a strong passion for email marketing, along with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage the complexities of this dynamic and highly specialized channel.</p> <p>In the Role</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead marketing strategy and learning agenda for the email channel</p> </li><li> <p>Drive strategic leadership and journey mapping of email customer experience through the funnel</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate development and execution of new marketing campaigns and test strategies with marketing, analytics, operations, and technology teams</p> </li><li> <p>Lead cross functional teams to define new sources of data and increase our email-able leads</p> </li><li> <p>Source and implement enhancements to email execution capabilities</p> </li><li> <p>Manage effective Email delivery strategies maximizing Inbox placement, and campaign response</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with analytics to develop targeting and selection criteria for new campaigns; identify test segments based on results and provide testing and targeting recommendations</p> </li><li> <p>Create business cases grounded in research and analytics to secure the prioritization for needed development work</p> </li><li> <p>Track and report performance of newly launched marketing creative and campaigns and provide insights to inform future test strategy</p> </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>5+ years of experience in marketing required, with deep exposure to the details of the Email channel along with an MBA or relevant Bachelor's degree.</p> </li><li> <p>Results oriented, with established track record in successfully driving growth through effective marketing strategy</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with Adobe Campaign or other CRM campaign management platforms</p> </li><li> <p>Proven experience with campaign development, from briefs through working with creative teams and channel managers to launch.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication skills with the ability to work and communicate with all levels of management</p> </li><li> <p>Creative thinking and process driven with excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple fast paced, deadline driven projects</p> </li><li> <p>Expert skills in Microsoft Office Suite</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Financial Services and/or lending experience desired </li></ul> <p>Location: [HYBRID] Wilmington, DE</p> <p>Who we Are</p> <p>OneMain Financial (NYSE: OMF) is the leader in offering nonprime customers responsible access to credit and is dedicated to improving the financial well-being of hardworking Americans.
