The Managing Consultant, Solutions Delivery will lead, mentor, and support a team of consultants while maintaining a hands-on role in complex customer implementations to help advance RLDatix's mission of improving patient care worldwide.</p> <p>How You'll Spend Your Time</p> <ul> <li>Leading and mentoring a team of Solutions Delivery Consultants to ensure high-quality delivery, professional development, and strong team engagement </li><li>Partnering with Sales and leadership teams to support opportunity development, pre-sales efforts, and achievement of quarterly and annual targets </li><li>Supporting and contributing directly to Data Archival implementations by troubleshooting issues, validating access, and assisting with technical setup </li><li>Developing and refining implementation methodologies, best practices, and documentation to support consistent and scalable delivery </li><li>Building strong client relationships by communicating effectively, understanding customer requirements, and serving as a trusted technical leader </li></ul> <p>What Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You Having</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in healthcare technology, technical consulting, or implementation delivery roles </li><li>Proven success in leading teams and projects while balancing strategic responsibilities with hands-on technical work </li><li>In-depth knowledge of healthcare systems, including EHRs, patient financial platforms, and related clinical or non-clinical systems </li><li>Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases, with exposure to technologies such as Oracle, Cache, MySQL, or PostgreSQL </li><li>A sincere interest in improving healthcare delivery through technology </li><li>A knack for working collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment while remaining self-directed and detail-oriented </li></ul> <p>By enabling flexibility in how we work and prioritizing employee wellness, we empower our team to do and be their best.
