The company provides full-service security solutions for homes and businesses, including security officer services, smart home automation, burglar and fire alarms, access control, security cameras, alarm monitoring, investigative services, and background checks.</p> <p>Job Skills / Requirements</p> <p>Shift 1</p> <p>Sunday: 1300-1700</p> <p>Monday: 0800-2000</p> <p>Tuesday: 0800-1700</p> <p>Wednesday: 1300-2000</p> <p>Shift 2</p> <p>Wednesday: 0800-1500</p> <p>Thursday: 0800-1700</p> <p>Friday: 0800-2000</p> <p>Saturday: 0800-1500</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <p>? Conduct regular security checks throughout the property</p> <p>? Maintain a safe and positive environment through de-escalation and crisis intervention methods</p> <p>? Escort unwanted visitors from the property</p> <p>? Assist with the resolution of visitors and client issues and/or complaints</p> <p>? Enforce and adhere to the organization's Staff and Guest Codes of Conduct</p> <p>? Complete incident reports as needed</p> <p>? As this position develops, the employee may be assigned additional duties or special projects as deemed necessary by management.</p> <p>What you'll need:</p> <p>? High School Diploma or G.E.D</p> <p>? One or more years of security experience is required</p> <p>? Experience working with Behavior Health and AODA client \t\t\t population required</p> <p>? Crisis intervention and trauma informed care training is a plus</p> <p>? Must be able to obtain specified licenses/certifications to perform work in the security industry according to the rules and regulations prescribed in Wisconsin.</p> <p>? Must have experience writing reports and correspondence.</p> <p>? Must be able to effectively communicate and build relationships with visitors, clients, staff, law enforcement and other members of the community</p> <p>? Must be able to physically perform all Security Officer duties including continuous walking patrols and standing.</p> <p>?
