<p>Skilled work performing maintenance of facilities, buildings, and equipment, including general electric, plumbing, and construction work. Performs general maintenance duties, including large and small scale painting, dry wall tape and finish, laminating, carpentry, and woodwork. Functions independently within scope of abilities. Participates in projects as part of a work team.</p> <p>Salary will be determined depending on qualifications of candidates who exceed the minimum requirements as outlined within the job description.</p> <p>Additional compensation based on licensure.</p> <p>These are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work performed. Ability to carry out written and/or oral instructions.</p> <p>In the event of an emergency, all employees are considered essential personnel and may be required to perform alternate duties.</p> <p>Completion of high school/GED and two (2) years experience.</p> <p>Ability to perform mathematical computations.</p> <p>Basic computer knowledge.</p> <p>Basic blueprint reading.</p> <p>Ability to operate various tools, both manual and power.</p> <p>Ability to use and repair small, medium, and heavy equipment and machinery.</p> <p>Must possess and maintain a Florida Driver's License.</p>
