<p>The Battle Creek VA Medical Center is recruiting for a Registered Nurse - Program Manager Supervisor this position will function in Health Informatics Service.</p> <p>The 2-page Resume requirement does not apply to this occupational series. For more information, refer to Required Documents below.</p> <p>Program Manager (PM) Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor executes position responsibilities that demonstrate beginning leadership skills and participates in specific program experiences. Accountable for planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating the program and the staff who support it. They demonstrate creative approaches to the management of program aspects of complex patient care. Provides supervision of program staff. The PM Supervisor demonstrates performance and beginning leadership skills that start to impact the standard of care and safety of staff while caring for all patients throughout the continuum of care. They are responsible for leading a facility wide program for all services within the organization that meets the requirement of National Directives. The PM Supervisor will oversee the provision of staff education, orientation, competencies and providing quality improvement consultation related to the program specifically. The PM Supervisor continuously evaluates the program, collecting and submitting facility performance measures.
