<p>JOB SUMMARY</p> <p>The Regional Territory Sales Manager is responsible for managing relationships and growth initiatives of an assigned territory, by promoting and selling ORAFOL Americas vast portfolio of graphic marking films, industrial adhesive tape systems, and reflective solutions through its authorized distribution network. This role is responsible for working closely with their authorized distribution partners to engage with existing product users and identify new prospective end users. This role requires an excellent blend of account management and business development skills.</p> <p>Essential Funstions:</p> <ul> <li>Meet and exceed the forecast for sales volumes for the regional territory based upon overall company goals. </li><li>Manage the region's distribution network and assist each distributor in leveraging their marketing and sales strategies to promote the growth of ORAFOL products within their localized regions. </li><li>Work closely with ORAFOL Product Technical Support and ORAFOL Market Managers to establish distributor and end-user product training initiatives. </li><li>The ability to think critically and guide distributors as well as end-users to a positive experience when working with ORAFOL personnel and products. </li><li>Work closely with distribution management teams to identify and establish a healthy level or stock within each of their distribution locations. </li><li>Engage in routine performance updates and strategic growth discussions/initiatives with assigned distribution partners. </li><li>Increase ORAFOL market share within each assigned product division through strategic distribution partnerships as directed. </li><li>Recognize and develop new distributors and direct channels for the sale of ORAFOL products within the assigned region. </li><li>Manage territory expenses according to the preset budget. </li><li>Participate in sales conference calls and meetings on a regular basis. </li><li>Ensure a positive unified and overall consistent image is built for ORAFOL through all facets of the assigned regional territory </li><li>Carry out sales and marketing campaigns as requested by the Director of Sales and Marketing </li><li>Positively engage in a collaborative environment where you'll be heard and appreciated as an important part of the ORAFOL team! </li></ul> <p>Additional Responsilities:</p> <ul> <li>Represent ORAFOL Americas at various industry trade shows, distributor events, etc. </li><li>The ability to work independently in the field with a broad base of customers including distributors, digital printing companies, national sign companies, commercial sign companies: including their owners, management, purchasing and sales personnel. </li><li>Work closely with ORAFOL's Market Managers and Product Technical Support team to facilitate ORAFOL as a specified product for national signage programs, commercial fleet graphics, etc., as directed. </li><li>The ability to support distributors to make joint sales calls to specific end-users. </li><li>The ability to effectively cold call on various signage and graphics end-users within the assigned region. </li><li>Possesses the ability to be organized and detailed in the administration of the sales efforts; including computer applications for sales management (MS Word, Power Point, Excel and contact management). </li><li>Excellent presentation and communication skills supported by the ability to negotiate and win sales. </li><li>Follows prescribed safety regulations </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education Requirement:</p> <ul> <li>BA degree, MBA preferred </li></ul> <p>Work Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 5 years in any of the following: account management, business development, national sign specification, corporate ID management or digital imaging market experience. </li><li>Experience with Sales Trade Shows a plus </li></ul> <p>Aptitudes & Characteristics:</p> <ul> <li>Must have a positive "can do" attitude and a strong sense of accountability </li><li>Results-oriented; Strong negotiation skills </li><li>Excellent oral, written communication skills; Strong self-awareness skills </li><li>Excellent presentation skills (development and delivery) </li><li>Effective team player with ability to build and maintain positive relationships </li><li>Must be a fast learner, driven and self-motivated; strive towards continuous improvement </li><li>Ability to work with little to no supervision, multi-task and meet deadlines </li><li>Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time </li><li>Ability to travel via car or plane as required; valid driver's license </li></ul>
