<p>Under general supervision, this position provides general technical and operational support and knowledge for functions related to the bank's consumer loan processing and servicing operations functions and home equity servicing operations. This role will ensure loan servicing activities are performed accurately and in compliance with internal policies and procedures within the Consumer Loan Operations team. This position will require working in the Operation Center Office in Appleton, WI as needed.</p> <p>DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Create and review consumer loan closing packages to ensure compliance with regulatory and bank lending policy.</p> </li><li> <p>Complete loan maintenance items within various systems including but not limited to file maintenance, lien releases, loan payoff quotes, satisfactions, subordinations, and fee adjustments.</p> </li><li> <p>Accurately enter new loan data into the bank's core processing system for accurate collateral tracking, repayment method and reporting.</p> </li><li> <p>Meet quality and productivity standards and perform in a fast-paced loan production environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for accurate disbursements of loan proceeds, including payoffs, general ledger entries, and check disbursements.</p> </li><li> <p>Accountable for responding to verbal and written inquiries from internal and external clients in accordance with department procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Process payoffs, loan payments and returned loan payments.</p> </li><li> <p>Reviews various scheduled reports, as assigned, for exceptions, errors, auditing, and to perform maintenance transactions.</p> </li><li> <p>Models Thrivent's leadership competencies - courage, collaboration, and commitment by demonstrating resiliency, working together to make the best decisions, and holding yourself and others accountable.</p> </li><li> <p>Supports and/or develops an environment in which Thrivent employees and colleagues are focused on continuous improvement, exceptional employee engagement, and an unwavering commitment to our clients.
