If you are comfortable with Git workflows, fluent in CI/CD concepts, and bring cloud knowledge to the table, this might just be your next big move.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Plan and Coordinate: You will own the release lifecycle-from scheduling to delivery-ensuring seamless execution across the board </li><li>Lead with Precision: Guide teams through complex deployments, overseeing processes with minimal disruption to production </li><li>Drive Cross-Team Collaboration: Be the glue between development, operations, QA, and stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout every release </li><li>Mitigate Risk: Proactively identify potential deployment issues before they impact the business </li><li>Keep Everyone in the Loop: Act as the go-to communicator for all release-related updates, roadblocks, and success stories* Comfortable with Git branching and merging-even if it wasn't a daily task in your last role </li><li>Previous hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins; Ability to quickly ramp up with others </li><li>Hands-on experience with AWS </li><li>Strong organizational and leadership abilities, particularly in release coordination and team collaboration </li></ul>
