<p>Job Responsibilities</p> <p>Do you have a passion to provide meaningful contributions to your community? If so, the SC Department of Social Services has the right job opportunity for you!</p> <p>Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>The Administrative Assistant will maintain records, complete all office assignments daily, and assists in the needs of the facilitators. </li><li>Assign Child Family Team Meeting (CFTM) referrals to Regional CFTM Facilitator staff, submit family finding searches and follow-up with emails and letters to identified relatives. </li><li>File, answer telephone calls, set up appointments, mail final documents out to clients and maintain daily office functions. </li><li>Maintain a detailed Excel spreadsheet of all referrals, assignments, date when services are due and service completion dates. </li><li>Ensure that Personal Identifying Information (PII) is properly used, accessed, gathered, shared and disposed. Protects the agency networks and applications by safeguarding systems, equipment and data. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Minimum and Additional Requirements</p> <p>A High School Diploma and four (4) years of responsible clerical or administrative experience.</p> <p>A Associate Degree and two (2) year of responsible clerical or administrative experience.</p> <p>A Bachelor's Degree or higher may be substituted for the required work experience.</p> <p>Additional Comments</p> <p>This application for employment with the SC Department of Social Services must be completed in its entirety.
