On a per request basis, the team is responsible for running analytics, discussing our output, and communicating our market views.</p> <p>The team is seeking an analyst to associate-level analyst to assist in servicing clients and continued growth of the program.</p> <p>Specific Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Construct analytics to ensure quick turnaround times for full-service requests across major channels. </li><li>Manage offshore channel analytics, escalating to specialists for client calls as needed. </li><li>Support program expansion into Canada by handling increased volume of full-service analytics. </li><li>Collate data from multiple sources and perform data manipulation for program-related content. </li><li>Assist team members with updating and producing timely intellectual capital content. </li><li>Distribute and discuss data-driven content across the organization, supporting program growth. </li><li>Respond to data requests and collaboration opportunities from other teams in a timely manner. </li><li>Conduct quarterly TDC data testing, identifying and escalating issues that require further research by PI Specialists. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>3+ years' work experience, ideally involving client interaction. </li><li>Demonstrated record of academic and professional achievement. </li><li>Ability to work effectively within a highly motivated and hard-working team as well as on own initiative. </li><li>Strong communication skills (written and oral). </li><li>Basic knowledge base of a variety of investment and capital market concepts, and the ability to articulate complex investment ideas and processes. </li><li>Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels. </li><li>Ability to create & articulate compelling, thoughtful and creative presentation materials. </li><li>Accuracy and attention to detail is essential with strong analytical acumen. </li><li>Strong technical skills, including a proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word. </li><li>High intellectual aptitude. </li></ul>
