<p>Regions Hospital has an opening available in our inpatient rehab department. The SLP per diem weekend position will serve patients on acute floors of our Level 1 trauma hospital as well as patients admitted to our 21-bed CARF-accredited Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility. Experience in swallowing evaluation and treatment, cognitive/communication evaluation and treatment for stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, and complex medical and/or trauma preferred. There is a requirement to work 2 weekend shifts per month and 1 holiday per year. Additional weekend or weekday shifts are available based on volume/demand. We provide a thorough onboarding experience to all new hires and work collaboratively as a team to achieve strong patient outcomes.</p> <p>Work Schedule:</p> <p>2 weekend shifts per month and 1 holiday/year minimum.</p> <p>Ability to pick up additional weekend or weekday shifts as volumes allow.</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology.</p> </li><li> <p>Licensed/registered/certified with applicable governing Speech Language Pathology board(s) and Minnesota Department of Health.</p> </li><li> <p>CPR Certification (Basic Life Support).</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience in similar setting/diagnoses</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced certification and/or licensure to support position.</p> </li></ul> <p>At HealthPartners we believe in the power of good - good deeds and good people working together.
