The ideal candidate brings patience, creativity, and a deep commitment to fostering social-emotional growth, early learning, and strong foundational values.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Current Child Development Associate (CDA) credential in Infant/Toddler or AA/BA or equivalent credential</p> </li><li> <p>AA/BA with infant toddler focus or equivalent coursework in early childhood development with a focus on infant and toddler development</p> </li></ul> <p>Don't have your Infant/Toddler CDA yet? We welcome motivated candidates who are willing to complete their Infant/Toddler CDA within three months of hire. In most cases, we will pay for the costs of the Infant Toddler CDA or possibly an AA or BA.
