This role is essential in ensuring that our guests enjoy a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment.</p> <p>Pay: $20/hour</p> <p>Key Responsibilities of the Housekeeper:</p> <ul> <li>Provides daily cleaning for all of the operations including but not limited to: offices, public spaces, drinking fountains, kitchen, and restroom facilities, both on-course and inside the clubhouse. </li><li>Performs light and heavy cleaning including but not limited to: window washing, furniture polishing, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, floor cleaning and polishing, emptying of trash cans and ashtrays. </li><li>Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. </li><li>Implement inventory control measures for cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained. </li><li>Address guest inquiries or concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally. </li><li>Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special requests or events requiring additional housekeeping support. </li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in floor care, industrial cleaning, and custodial services. </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry is preferred. </li><li>Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment used in hotel or industrial cleaning environments. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment. </li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting. </li><li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and guests. </li><li>Familiarity with custodial practices and safety regulations within the hospitality sector. </li></ul> <p>Schedule:</p> <p>Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 11 AM - 7 PM</p> <p>Saturday and Sunday: 7 AM - 3 PM</p> <p>Other Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Regular and reliable attendance. </li><li>Weekend hours are necessary </li></ul> <p>Join us and work with an AMAZING Team and AN AMAZING company TROON as we strive to provide exceptional service through meticulous attention to detail in our housekeeping operations.
