You support all NA MT Franchises (Orthopedics, Surgery and Cardio) ~ $31.9B NTS. Sole responsibility for leading end to end reporting for Canada MT partnering directly with VP. </li><li>The position is the authority of the actuals, passionate about business understanding and cross-process coordination of the (US GAAP) Bravo financial results for External Reporting, driving balanced collaboration with Business Unit Finance, Corporate Services, A&D and Global Services Finance </li><li>The analyst provides trusted business partners, across all levels, with the crucial Controllership Services that Enable Transformations, Sustain E2E Accounting Oversight and Influence Financial Decisions. </li><li>This is truly a Global Role experience due to ongoing finance partnerships located in ASPAC (Manila), EMEA & LATAM. </li></ul> <p>Through special projects, such as Signfi, this role is at the forefront of influencing future technology solutions and providing support to cross-functional stakeholders to ensure next-gen technology solutions address Financial Reporting Compliance and Business needs.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>The Sr Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing direct financial leadership to the US/Canada Orthopedics, Surgery and Cardio Commercial organization. This individual would have active ownership for actuals reporting of US/Canada reported Sales, Gross Profit, Selling & Marketing, Admin and OIE P&L lines</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for coordinating and facilitating financial statement reviews for Vice President of Commercial Finance and their leadership for Canada MedTech, as well as, leading pre-close meetings, quarterly balance sheet reviews </li><li>Responsible for actuals reporting of NA MT Direct to WW FP&A to satisfy compliance requirements and management reporting </li><li>Lead MD Canada financial reporting process including coordination of actuals reporting, managing BUF relationships improvements in close process and present to the country VP </li><li>Lead monthly sales coordination with BUF and GS teams to support BRAVO submission </li><li>Responsible for consolidating US MT headcount commentary from BUF and comp/ben team for group leadership </li><li>Co-Lead the analysis and presentation of US Balance Sheet and CAPEX to all MedTech Finance Leadership (Commercial, R&D and Supply Chain) </li><li>Responsible for approvals for 'actuals' submissions and various SOX controls process (e.g BVA02, Risk Assessment) and partner with PWC, GAA and Compliance to satisfy audit requests and strengthen compliance for Canada MedTech </li><li>Face of Global Services Finance; be a link between Business Unit Finance (BUF) and GS Global Process Teams </li><li>Budget vs Actuals creation, alignment and coordination for commentary and approval </li><li>Provide financial leadership and business partner/decision support for the NA Commercial, Signifi Projects and local projects </li><li>Influence and work closely with business unit finance (BUF) and Global Service Finance on joint goals and objectives </li></ul> <p>The position will report to the Lead Financial Analyst and will work directly with leadership within the Commercial Finance function, as well as, partner with the R&D and Supply Chain Finance organizations.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, preferably a major in Accounting or Finance or another related field. </li><li>Advanced degrees or certifications such as MBA, CPA or CMA etc. is preferred. </li><li>A minimum 3 years of finance or related business experience is required. </li><li>Experience with Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), SAP and TM1 is preferred </li><li>The ability to think creatively and work in a team environment is required. </li><li>The ability to effectively take on leadership roles in various functions is required. </li><li>Must work well in a fast-paced environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently and handle several tasks simultaneously. </li><li>This position is based in Titusville, NJ and may require up to 10% of travel. </li></ul> <p>The anticipated base pay range for this position is $77,000- $124,200</p> <p>The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year.
