<p>EUC / Desktop Engineer</p> <ul> <li>Design and maintain enterprise desktop images and deployment processes using tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), Intune, Tanium or Autopilot. </li><li>Develop and manage Group Policies (GPOs) and configuration baselines to enforce security and compliance standards. </li><li>Provide Tier 3 support for escalated desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues. </li><li>Lead desktop-related projects such as OS upgrades, hardware refreshes, and software rollouts. </li><li>Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell or other scripting tools. </li><li>Monitor and report on endpoint health, patch compliance, and software inventory. </li><li>Collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain endpoint protection solutions. </li><li>Evaluate and recommend new desktop technologies and tools to improve efficiency and user experience. </li><li>Maintain documentation for desktop standards, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. </li><li>Participate in after-hours support rotation and respond to critical incidents as needed. </li><li>Participate in costing efforts for projects, providing cost and sizing estimates </li><li>Assist server engineering team with minor server support tasks. </li><li>5+ years of experience in desktop engineering or enterprise IT support. </li><li>Strong experience with Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365. </li><li>Proficiency with endpoint management tools such as SCCM, Intune, or similar. </li><li>Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell preferred). </li><li>Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware Horizon, Citrix) is a plus. </li><li>Experience with MacOS and Linux endpoints is a plus. </li><li>Microsoft certifications (MD-102, MS-100, MS-101) a plus. </li><li>Knowledge of ITIL practices and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow). </li><li>Windows server experience a plus. </li><li>Knowledge of VMWare is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Salary Range- $60,000-$65,000 a year</p> <p>#LI-SP3</p> <p>#LI-VX1</p>
