Right now, we're hiring an experienced Machine Operator in Centerbrook, CT.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>2 years of manufacturing experience (Willing to consider a recent graduate from a trade school) </li><li>Able to lift 50 pounds </li><li>Steel-toe shoes </li><li>Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform minor maintenance tasks </li><li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and inconsistencies </li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals </li><li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting </li></ul> <p>Machine Operator Summary</p> <p>The Machine Operator is a key member of our manufacturing team, responsible for producing high-quality components safely, efficiently, and accurately.
