Accountable for the development and implementation of cancer resource and recovery programs, patient navigation (standards, scope of practice, and variance reduction), cancer patient experience improvement, survivor-ship care, monitoring of outcome metrics, management and compliance with accreditation program mandates relative to navigation, survivorship, and cancer recovery. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
