<p>Job Description: General Manager - Raccoon Valley Partners McDonald's</p> <p>Are you ready to take the lead at one of the world's most recognized brands? As a General Manager at Raccoon Valley Partners McDonald's, you'll play a critical role in running a successful, profitable restaurant while upholding McDonald's highest standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC).</p> <p>This is more than just a job-it's a leadership opportunity that impacts your team, your guests, and your future. You'll work alongside your supervisor to set strategic goals and build actionable plans to achieve them. Your leadership will drive performance, team development, and outstanding customer experiences.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage a team of Assistant Managers, Swing Managers, and Floor Supervisors to consistently deliver strong operations and profitability. </li><li>Coach and support managers with goal setting, progress tracking, and performance feedback. </li><li>Ensure strict adherence to McDonald's QSC standards and all food safety regulations set by McDonald's and the State Health Department. </li><li>Conduct weekly team meetings to review department performance, identify opportunities, and share updates. </li><li>Participate in weekly and monthly leadership meetings. </li><li>Manage and analyze the restaurant's P&L to achieve monthly financial targets. </li><li>Oversee the People Department, ensuring hiring needs are met, training is ongoing, employee development is prioritized, and people metrics are reviewed and improved. </li><li>Handle administrative responsibilities, including employee documentation, weekly reporting, and payroll processing. </li><li>Monitor operational metrics daily and develop action plans for continuous improvement. </li><li>Manage labor costs by approving schedule changes, monitoring overtime, and optimizing crew schedules. </li><li>Make practical, people-focused decisions such as hiring, terminations, and performance-based raises. </li><li>Be available to work a minimum of 45 hours per week and remain on-call during restaurant operating hours. </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Paid training </li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO) </li><li>Aggressive bonus program </li><li>401(k) retirement plan </li><li>Car allowance after 5 years in the General Manager role </li><li>Short-term and long-term disability insurance </li><li>Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits </li><li>Life insurance </li><li>Annual performance reviews </li><li>Free meal during every shift </li><li>Access to free college degree programs </li></ul> <p>Build a Career with Us!</p> <p>At McDonald's, we're proud to be known as "America's First Job"-but we're just as proud of the career opportunities we offer.
