When necessary, external candidates will be reviewed to ensure the best fit for the role and business needs."</p> <p>How you create impact</p> <p>The Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for supervising the day to day activities of the department to ensure all operations run seamlessly. They will report to department supervisor and will work alongside the supervisor and team.</p> <ul> <li>Read and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner </li><li>Performing clerical and customer service functions, including interacting with customers, and responding to any questions or requests on timely manner. </li><li>Track and update Overtime and workorder file </li><li>Support with end of day report/dashboard email </li><li>Communicate goals and deadlines to team members </li><li>Planning workloads and delegating tasks </li><li>Fill out and scan/email Time Correction Sheets to appropriate managers </li><li>Assist Lead and/or Supervisor with daily exception processes </li><li>Track and trace all important equipment within the department </li><li>Assist in the training of new associates on all necessary processes utilizing SOPs/SOSs </li><li>Participate in management meetings </li><li>Research pending orders </li></ul> <p>What we would like you to bring</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of Leadership experience </li><li>2+ years of experience working with Warehouse management systems </li><li>2+ years of experience working with E-commerce processes and functions </li><li>2+ years of experience in Data Entry Skills </li><li>2 years of experience working with Microsoft office suite </li><li>Ability to successfully communicate - both verbal and written </li><li>Must work Tuesday - Wednesday from 7:30 pm - 4:00 am </li></ul> <p>What's in it for you</p> <p>At Kuehne+Nagel we strive daily to inspire, empower, and deliver not only to our customers, but also to our colleagues. Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
