<p>Wilkes University invites applicants for an Head Men's and Women's Cross Country Coach in the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics. This is a part-time (20 hours/week) administrative staff position reporting to the Athletics Director.</p> <p>The successful candidate is responsible for administering all facets of the cross country programs including recruiting, practice and game management, player development, supervision of assistant coaches/interns, and academic monitoring.</p> <p>A Bachelor's degree is required and a Master's degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will have prior collegiate playing and coaching experience.
