It is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as the company may deem necessary</p> <ul> <li>Read set up instructions and set up all honing machines </li><li>Expert knowledge of honing machine </li><li>Follow honing process best practice </li><li>Read target area control tolerance </li><li>Read honing specifications of drawing or blueprint </li><li>Assist with water and oil changes on machines </li><li>Train new and current employees </li><li>Troubleshoot machine and process issues </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Qualifications and Experience</p> <ul> <li>Highs school diploma or equivalent </li><li>2-5 Years manufacturing experience </li><li>2-5 Years machine operating experience </li><li>Some computer knowledge </li><li>Basic reading and writing skills in English </li><li>Basic math skills or ability to use a calculator </li><li>Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions in English </li><li>Able to stay on task for long periods of time </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:</p> <ul> <li>Lift and move a minimum of 25 pounds without assistance. </li><li>Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time </li><li>Repetitive motion </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <ul> <li>Work time is spent in a warehouse environment where temperatures are often warm or cool, depending upon the season, and noise level can be moderate to high </li><li>Exposure to oil and water </li><li>PPE required as determined by company safety standards: safety glasses, ear plugs, gloves, safety shoes </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>Salary and Benefits</p> <p>The hourly range is $20/hour - $28/hr.
