<p>Piper Companies is seeking a Communications Specialist to support enterprise-level initiatives within the financial services industry. The Communications Specialist role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong visual storytelling skills and executive presentation experience. The Communications Specialist role is a long term contract opportunity and requires you to work on site every other week in Westlake, TX, Merrimack, NH, or Smithfield, RI.</p> <p>Responsibilities of the Communications Specialist:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute communication strategies for enterprise initiatives. </li><li>Create executive-level presentations and visual communication materials. </li><li>Design and maintain modern SharePoint sites, pages, and navigation. </li><li>Translate complex information into clear, user-centric visual stories. </li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and design. </li></ul> <p>Requirements of the Communications Specialist:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in visual communications, presentation design, or communications. </li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint. </li><li>Strong experience with SharePoint modern sites and layouts. </li><li>Proven experience supporting executive-level communications. </li><li>Strong understanding of visual storytelling and information hierarchy. </li></ul> <p>Compensation for the Communications Specialist:</p> <ul> <li>$70,000 - $85,000 based on experience </li><li>Full Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, Paid Holiday and Sick Leave if Required by Law. </li></ul> <p>Keywords: communications specialist, visual communications, presentation design, executive presentations, PowerPoint, SharePoint, enterprise communications, visual storytelling, user-centric design, hybrid onsite</p> <p>This job opens for applications on 5/1/2026.
