<p>Sunny Pines Mobile Home Park/RV and Highlands Mobile Village in Sebring, FL is looking for a Full-Time Property Manager! This position will float between both properties as needed. If you are a go-getter that knows how to maximize occupancy and increase property value all while building community; we would love for you to join the Inland family.</p> <p>Core Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrates highest standards of personal and professional integrity adheres to company's policies and procedures and complies with applicable laws, government rules, and regulations. </li><li>Strives to make the living experience, particularly the first and last impressions, of the highest quality. </li><li>Handles tenant concerns and requests with a positive customer service attitude to ensure resident satisfaction with management. </li><li>Communicates with tenants regarding any property events that may cause disruption within the community. Makes courtesy calls with recent move-in/move-outs. </li><li>Ensures efforts are made toward the property being occupied to the fullest capacity and in accordance with budget guidelines and goals. </li><li>Demonstrates the ability to understand financial goals and operate assets in owners' best interests in accordance with the Policies and Procedures Manual. </li><li>Maintains accurate records of all community transactions (i.e. rent rolls, delinquency reports, move-ins/move-outs, etc.). </li><li>Ensures that all rents, late fees, and check charges are collected, posted, and deposited in a timely manner. </li><li>Maintains community appearance and ensures repairs are noted and completed. Ensures park is walked on a regular basis and communicates any service-related needs to on call maintenance. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or equivalent required. </li><li>1+ years of Sales and/or leasing experience. </li><li>Ability to fluently read and write, perform intermediate mathematical functions, and utilize all on-site resident management software. </li><li>Problem-solving skills, ability to collect pertinent data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and initiate appropriate course of action. </li><li>Ability to serve on-call, as scheduled or as necessary. </li><li>Achieve Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents. </li><li>Competence in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, math, Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as community software applications </li><li>Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations. </li><li>Participate in training in order to comply with new or existing laws. </li><li>Present self in a neat, clean and professional manner at all times throughout the workday and/or whenever present at the community. </li></ul>
