Day shift hours of work are Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. </li></ul> <p>Summary/Objective</p> <p>Janitorial Maintenance personnel expected to perform cleaning throughout the premise and maintenance on all machines utilized e.g., floor buffer. Refuse and recycle removal.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <p>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p> <ul> <li>Perform all assigned tasks which may include but are not limited to the following. </li><li>Remove all refuse and recycled paper. </li><li>Clean and maintain offices, common areas and restrooms. </li><li>Maintain and stock various kitchen utensils and toiletries. </li><li>Maintains work area in a clean and orderly condition defined by safety procedures. </li><li>Understand function and importance preventive maintenance. </li><li>Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations defined in Employee Hand- book and Employee Safety Manual. </li><li>Qualifications </li></ul> <p>To perform this job satisfactorily, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
