<p>Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for maintaining the overall condition and cleanliness of the maintenance shop and residential property. </li><li>Maintain property appearance, snow removal (including shoveling, salting, sanding, and ice removal) </li><li>Complete work orders and turnover maintenance needs on a timely basis. </li><li>Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on premises. </li><li>Help in installing new products, such as windows, carpets, and light fixtures. </li><li>Repaint walls, fix broken furniture, and handle leaks in bathrooms and kitchens. </li><li>Conduct maintenance and repairing tasks such as replacing ceiling tiles, changing light bulbs and fixing faucets. </li><li>Check functionality of safety systems. </li><li>Inspect public areas on a daily basis in case of problems arising unexpectedly. </li><li>Reports to maintenance manager for issues. </li></ul> <p>Education: High School diploma or GED required.</p> <p>Benefits: CSM is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits program that includes health and wellness resources, income protection, and retirement planning.
