<p>Employment Type:</p> <p>Full time</p> <p>Shift:</p> <p>Day Shift</p> <p>Description:</p> <p>Eddy SeniorCare PACE has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Nurse Educator!</p> <p>The Nurse Educator is responsible to support both PACE locations (Rotterdam and Latham) by coordinating and providing new hire training in the electronic medical record, regulations, clinical best practices, policies and processes, as well as to provide ongoing end user education and assistance to maximize efficiency and ensure documentation compliance.</p> <p>Responsibilities Include:</p> <ul> <li>Arranging clinical education in best practices to maximize participant outcomes and achieve organizational mission. </li><li>Completing quality assurance chart audits. </li><li>Applying concepts of continuous quality improvement to review processes </li><li>Collaborating with team members to refine/improve standard work instructions. </li><li>Develping training reference materials. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Active NYS RN Licensure </li><li>3-5 years of clinical experience in nursing preferred </li><li>2 years experience in continuing case with progressive supervising and/or teaching experience preferred </li></ul> <p>Pay Range: $38.70 - $52.10</p> <p>Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
