<p>We are currently hiring a Project Support/Administration in LaBella's Program Management Services Division at our client's office.</p> <p>The Program Management Services Division at LaBella provides comprehensive management services for complex projects and multi-year capital programs. Project teams are established to provide a customized mix of business consulting, project management, financial control and monitoring, administrative, and technical support services.</p> <p>The Project Support/Administrative Support role is responsible for performing a wide range of clerical/administrative assignments and resolving recurring problems independently without close supervision. The ideal candidate will have the ability to anticipate upcoming responsibilities or needs and use initiative appropriately.</p> <p>Salary Range: $40,000 - $65,000</p> <p>The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assists resources for team providing support to project managers, engineers, managers, and supervisors. </li><li>Coordination of office supplies for department. </li><li>Responsible for administrative tasks as needed. </li><li>Assist with information technology requests and resolution. </li><li>Process SAP work as needed. </li></ul>
