This role is responsible for managing maintenance activities across material handling equipment (MHE), conveyance systems, electrical, HVAC, racking, and general facility infrastructure. The Maintenance Manager leads a team of technicians to support uninterrupted distribution center operations through preventive maintenance, rapid response to breakdowns, and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong knowledge of warehouse systems and conveyance equipment is preferred, along with experience in vendor management, safety compliance, and cross-functional coordination.</p> <p>Location: On-site, Kenosha, WI</p> <p>Work Schedule: 1st Shift</p> <p>Travel Specifics: 10%</p> <p>Competitive Total Rewards: Competitive salary of $92,000-$95,000, along with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, generous PTO, sick time, and company holidays. Compensation is based on experience, skills, and education.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Implement all maintenance activities at the site, ensuring repairs and improvements are completed timely and effectively.</p> </li><li> <p>Plan and supervise all hourly maintenance associates.</p> </li><li> <p>Prioritize, schedule, and follow up on daily maintenance activities.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure all facility systems are reliable and compliant with customer and regulatory specifications.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop training and development plans for maintenance staff.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate planned outages and facility projects.</p> </li><li> <p>Inspect electrical and power systems regularly for safety and functionality.</p> </li><li> <p>Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and corporate safety policies.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain records of service cycles and maintenance activities.</p> </li><li> <p>Order and manage inventory of spare/replacement parts and associated documentation.</p> </li><li> <p>Use and maintain electrical repair and testing tools appropriately.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct light building maintenance including bulb replacement, painting, and caulking.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform daily inventory counts and manage movement of equipment between buildings.</p> </li><li> <p>Enforce and report compliance with corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).</p> </li><li> <p>Observe and promote all company safety rules.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>Join a forward-thinking company that values creativity and continuous improvement.
