As a(an) Coordinator Surgical Front End Process with Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center you can be a part of an organization that is devoted to giving back!</p> <p>Job Summary and Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Completes final preparation of PAT charts prior to transfer to Preop </li><li>Gathers clinical information for physician's offices for nursing and anesthesia review </li><li>Greets patients day of surgery at SDS desk and begins registration process/bedside registration </li><li>Assist PAT patients with completion of medical history forms and Xplain module </li><li>Retrieves daily Encounters and submits to PAT Coordinator </li><li>Assists PAT nurses with obtaining vital signs, EKGs and blood draws as needed </li><li>Provide O.R. Scheduling coverage as needed during the day or when Scheduler is out of the office. </li><li>Provide coverage for O.R.
