<p>We are currently hiring a Full Time Experience Guide in Milton, DE.</p> <p>Provides the ultimate experience for all guests visiting our Brewery. Tells the finest of tales about all things Dogfish while ensuring a safe, memorable, and factually accurate campus tour.</p> <p>What You'll Brew:</p> <ul> <li>Executes duties as tour guide with excellence, telling the DFH story with a high level of accuracy and passion; checking for valid ID, booking tours, providing tasting cards, and answering all general inquiries </li><li>Executes retail guest service in the Shop with excellence while assisting with merch education for customers, proper upkeep of the store, and conducting check out on cash registers/POS in the shop </li><li>Understands and can explain the brewing process, ingredients, fermentation, wood aging, yeast room, warehouse, kegging/bottling process, treehouse, DFH special events, Pub, Inn, beer, merch, distilling, etc. </li><li>Adheres to all safety and sanitation initiatives as required by the position and the company's safety and sanitation program; completes all checklists within prescribed timeframes </li></ul> <p>What Ingredients You'll Bring:</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED </li><li>1+ years of customer service experience </li></ul> <p>Level: 10</p> <p>In accordance with pay transparency laws?the pay rate for this role if hired is $16.50 per hour.</p> <p>Some Perks:</p> <p>Our people are our most important "ingredient."
