<p>We are looking for Order Pullers at the Channahon, IL warehouse on the Second Shift (Schedule Mon-Fri 2 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.).</p> <p>Pay: $19.25/hr.</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>We are seeking an Order Puller to join our team. The Order Puller will be responsible for manually pulling lumber and millwork orders from the warehouse for shipment. The ideal candidate should be able to repeatedly lift heavy loads and have a good understanding of lumber and millwork products. The Order Puller will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and will be responsible for accurately pulling customer orders using an RF Scanner. The puller will measure in linear feet, verify product count, receive and label, and properly build a pallet and deliver the finished load to the designated area. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic, we would love to have you on board.</p> <p>Essential Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Scan locations and pull products using an RF Scanner to fulfill customer orders safely and effectively. </li><li>Ensures all units are organized, leveled, and tightly built for transport. </li><li>Communicate any discrepancies, product issues, or safety issues with the Supervisor. </li><li>Place the completed and labeled order into the designated area once the order is fulfilled. </li><li>Maintains a clean work area, sweeping, rebinding loose bundles, etc. </li><li>Successfully passes all Novo tugger training and operates a tugger following all safety requirements established within Novo. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications (Required)</p> <ul> <li>Effectively performs all essential functions, including physical requirements. </li><li>Use of proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and company-approved tools while remaining aware of hazards. and maintaining a safe work environment.
