<p>Description</p> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>The Digital Marketing Specialist supports a wide range of digital marketing initiatives across multiple brands, including websites, landing pages, email, and social media. This role works closely with international teams to support translation and localization needs and collaborates with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital marketing projects.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is eager to grow their expertise across key digital marketing platforms, including content management systems, Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and SEO platforms. This is a non-supervisory role.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Digital Marketing Execution:</p> <ul> <li>Support the execution of global digital marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and improve the customer experience </li><li>Assist with updating and maintaining website pages, landing pages, and digital campaigns across global brands </li><li>Help coordinate translated content updates and approvals for international brand websites </li><li>Collaborate with international teams to localize website content and campaigns </li><li>Work closely with web developers, creative teams, and brand managers to support website enhancements and campaign rollouts </li><li>Assist in tracking, reporting, and analyzing key digital metrics such as sessions, page views, engagement, acquisition, and bounce rates; provide insights to support optimization efforts </li><li>Help maintain the global social media content calendar, coordinate stakeholder approvals, and schedule posts for brand accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) </li><li>Participate in website audits to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and quality; make updates or work with team members to implement changes </li><li>Uphold brand standards across all online touchpoints </li></ul> <p>Additional Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Stay informed on digital marketing trends and bring forward new ideas for testing and implementation </li><li>Support other marketing projects as needed </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field required </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of experience supporting digital marketing programs, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and/or display advertising </li><li>Experience with content management systems (CMS), Google Analytics, and social publishing tools </li></ul> <p>Other Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <p>We offer an excellent compensation package and team-oriented work environment with growth opportunities.
