This role includes monitoring productivity issues, troubleshooting equipment and process issues along with training and guiding machine operators. The Lead Operator is also expected to perform all standard Operator duties as needed (see Operator job description).</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Uphold and communicate the purpose, values, and vision of Intertech and TriMas </li><li>Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, safety, and regulatory requirements </li><li>Oversees workflow, including people, materials, and products, to meet production schedules </li><li>Supports training and helps troubleshoot issues </li><li>Collaborates with internal teams to resolve problems </li><li>Acts as the subject matter expert for the production line and supports projects as needed </li><li>Manages required paperwork for line startup and shutdown </li><li>Coordinates break schedules and supports machine operation during breaks </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>On-Site: This role is required to be on-site at the Denver, CO location.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Previous experience working in an ISO controlled environment preferred</p> <p>Previous injection molding or manufacturing experience preferred</p> <p>Ability to comprehend and follow visual, written, and verbal instructions</p> <p>Compensation</p> <p>In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the expected pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00.</p> <p>Compensation can vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location.
