Located in our Newport Beach, California office, the Junior Analyst of Acquisition will play an integral role by supporting the acquisitions team in the analysis of investment opportunities. The Junior Analyst will report to the Director of Acquisitions.</p> <p>This role is required to work 100% in-office due to the collaboration nature of our organization.</p> <p>The Job Essentials</p> <ul> <li>Business Plan Creation: Assist in the creation of asset business plans translating the underwriting and investment memos into a concise and descriptive plan to transition the investment from Acquisitions to the Asset and Portfolio Management teams. </li><li>Market Research: Provide research support utilizing online, internal and external resources. Data aggregation as well as assimilation will be required. Gather market research and stay current on industry trends.
