<p>Inpatient Pharmacy Manager (Licensed Pharmacist Required)</p> <ul> <li>Relocation assistance is available! </li></ul> <p>The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of his/her practice area. Develops and maintains policies and procedures for assigned practice area.</p> <ul> <li>Coordinates workflow in assigned practice area and participates in the planning process to maintain effectiveness, growth, and quality. </li><li>Responsible for training of pharmacists, technicians, and students in the assigned practice area. </li><li>Responsible for Human Resources documentation for direct reports. </li><li>Participates in administrative call rotation as needed. </li><li>Responsible for all duties and key results of a Clinical Staff Pharmacist. </li></ul> <p>WORK SCHEDULE: 80 Hours Biweekly. Full Time.</p> <p>EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>Pharm. D. degree from an accredited school of pharmacy required. </li><li>Licensure to practice pharmacy in the state of South Carolina required. </li></ul> <p>EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Previous Hospital experience preferred.
