<p>Your role</p> <p>Are you a self-starter with strong attention to detail? Do you thrive working with high profile corporations? Do you have a background in accounting or equity-based compensation plans? We are looking for someone like you to:</p> <ul> <li>serve as a primary point of contact and subject matter expert for the financial reporting teams of UBS Workplace Wealth Solutions' corporate clients </li><li>resolve complex issues with: Stock Compensation Expense, Disclosures, Diluted EPS, Deferred Tax Asset, Share Balance, and Proxy reporting </li><li>quickly and accurately address client questions while providing exceptional client service </li><li>provide clients with expert level support during month/quarter/year end reporting cycles </li><li>assist with platform onboarding, migration, and reconciliation activities relevant to financial reporting services, outputs and functionality </li><li>build/strengthen relationships that drive higher overall satisfaction and service value through strategic consultations, best practices and client solutioning </li><li>provide education, training, and updates to our clients related to new reports, platform functionality, and process improvements in relevant equity reporting workflows </li></ul> <p>Detailed salary information:</p> <ul> <li>Weehawken: the salary range for this role is $160000 to $220000 </li></ul> <p>The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. This role may also be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. Because together, we're more than ourselves.</p> <p>We're committed to disability inclusion and if you need reasonable accommodation/adjustments throughout our recruitment process, you can always contact us.</p> <p>Your expertise</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or higher preferred </li><li>ideally, 5+ years of equity compensation and/or corporate accounting experience </li><li>familiarity with accounting rules for share-based compensation under ASC 718 </li><li>prior experience in database management, product development, and equity plan recordkeeping/reporting software preferred </li><li>Certified Equity Professional (CEP) is desired </li><li>Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or master's degree in accounting/finance is desired </li><li>proficient with Microsoft Suite Applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as experienced with Microsoft MS Teams, SharePoint, OneNote, and OneDrive </li><li>able to adapt to changing priorities while managing stakeholder expectations accordingly as well as able to manage projects independently with a high level of responsibility </li><li>detail oriented with strong organization, analytical, and communication skills </li><li>excellent problem solver, able to collaborate well with other people and teams </li></ul> <p>About us</p> <p>UBS is a leading and truly global wealth manager and the leading universal bank in Switzerland.
