<p>Description</p> <p>The Best Teams are Created and Maintained Here.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <ul> <li>The Project Engineer II supports the project management team in executing large-scale commercial landscape construction projects. This role works closely with the Project Manager to assist with planning, coordination, and oversight, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. </li></ul> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Work with the construction team to ensure that all construction services are delivered according to contract specifications, on budget, according to schedule, and with a high standard of quality </li><li>Perform takeoffs using Onscreen Take-off (OST) and gather pricing for estimates </li><li>Review take-offs with the estimating team </li><li>Manage document control, including submittals, change orders, field production tracking, purchasing documentation, and contract administration </li><li>Prepare reports and information as requested </li><li>Coordinate between the branch administrative team, field employees, sales team, estimating team, and branch management regularly </li><li>Work closely with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and employees; ensure exceptional customer service and quality at all times </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>B.A degree in Landscape Architecture, civil engineering, or Construction Management, or equivalent work experience </li><li>Proficient with computer software programs, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and project management software </li><li>Strong work ethic </li><li>Effective oral and written communication skills </li><li>Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Customer service experience </li><li>Bilingual (Spanish) </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands/Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Constant operation of a computer and other office equipment, such as a laptop, a cell phone, and printers/copiers </li><li>Position is sedentary; must be able to remain in a stationary position for a majority of the time </li><li>Operates in an office environment and requires in-person presence </li></ul> <p>Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li>Work is conducted in a professional office environment, with a collaborative and dynamic team setting, and requires in-person presence </li></ul> <p>BrightView Landscapes, LLC is an Equal Opportunity and E-Verify Employer.</p> <p>This job description is subject to change at any time.</p> <p>BrightView offers a suite or health, wellness, and financial benefits to full-time team members.
