You'll work closely with experienced developers, solve real-world problems, and help bring new ideas to life. This is an in-person role.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with Senior Systems Analysts to design and implement technical solutions aligned with business needs. </li><li>Manage system change requests and reporting enhancements from end users. </li><li>Develop and maintain technical standards, documentation, and SDLC practices. </li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve system issues with users, technical teams, and vendors. </li><li>Test and validate code changes to ensure quality and accuracy. </li><li>Provide application support across various business functions including procurement, scheduling, production, inventory, and sales. </li><li>Lead code reviews and mentor team members on best practices. </li><li>Architect and design complex systems, integrations, and performance/security solutions. </li><li>Partner with external vendors to deliver integrated or custom solutions. </li><li>Drive all phases of the software lifecycle: requirements, design, development, testing, and maintenance. </li><li>Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends. </li><li>Deliver user training and support with urgency and accountability. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>5-10 years of experience in large-scale development projects using standard software patterns and practices.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently.</p> </li><li> <p>Skilled in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating across departments.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in SDLC and project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).</p> </li><li> <p>Exceptional customer service and professionalism.</p> </li><li> <p>Able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.</p> </li><li> <p>Experienced in writing technical documentation and user stories.</p> </li><li> <p>Positive, energetic work ethic with a proactive mindset.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with integrated manufacturing systems is a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrates emotional intelligence and composure under pressure.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient with technologies and platforms including but not limited to:</p> </li><li> <p>C#</p> </li><li> <p>API build / consume (RESTful and SOAP)</p> </li><li> <p>MVC</p> </li><li> <p>T-SQL</p> </li><li> <p>JavaScript/jQuery frameworks (Angular, React, Vue, etc.)</p> </li><li> <p>.NET Core 3.1 or Newer</p> </li><li> <p>Visual Studio 2017</p> </li><li> <p>SQL Server Management Studio</p> </li><li> <p>Azure DevOps</p> </li><li> <p>Automated deployment</p> </li><li> <p>Agile methodology</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient with database design and application techniques in a SQL Server database environment</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Benefits</p> <p>In addition to a competitive wage, the selected candidate will enjoy a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, wellness programs, STD, LTD, life insurance, company matching 401(k) and pension.
