<p>Job Skills / Requirements</p> <p>Direct Support Professionals are compassionate individuals that thrive on serving others. Rauch's Supported Living program has available openings for Direct Support Professionals in a residential setting.</p> <p>This role works effectively to provide direct assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include assisting people served to be as independent as possible; mentoring individuals served on daily living skills; and helping clients be a part of the community. The DSP assists in implementing the individual's support plan and fosters each person's active involvement, decision-making skills, and opportunities to make informed choices to enhance and create self advocacy skills.</p> <p>For additional information or schedule availability, reach out to Brian James, bjames@rauchinc.org.</p> <p>A high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Must have a valid driver's license. Experience is not required but preferred.
