<p>We are currently looking for a Screen-Printing Press Operator who is creative, able to work in a fast-paced environment to produce high-quality prints on T-shirts. The ideal candidate MUST have experience working with M&R automatic presses (preferably Cobra or Gauntlet III presses).</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Equipment Operation: operate and maintain M&R screen printing machines for the entire screen-printing production cycle by adhering to work instructions including set-ups, printing, quality control and breakdown of jobs. </li><li>Quality Control: inspect finished products for quality assurance and identify any defects or issues. </li><li>Record Keeping: maintain accurate records of production runs. </li><li>Safety: follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment. </li><li>Communication: communicate with teammates to manage timelines and expectations. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience: proven experience in screen printing, with a preference for experience with operating M&R automatic equipment. </li><li>Knowledge: strong understanding of screen-printing processes. </li><li>Skills: ability to read and interpret job specifications, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills. </li><li>Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with additional technical training in printing technology a plus. </li><li>Other: professionalism, ability to work in a fast past environment and a commitment to producing high quality work. </li></ul> <p>Pay $22.00+ based on experience.</p>
